What you need fot this:
-ADW Launcher EX or LauncherPro
-DesktopVisualizer
-these files (click)
-and of course, an Android Tablet or Phone
Go to your Launchersettings and change the icons per row/column to 8x8.
Now you can make your Tiles with DesktopVisualizer and add some Widgets.
Done!

I have some problems positioning the icons/widgets... they seem to big.
